This DVD also has 5 sections.
The Barrel Protocol is a complete core workout which includes a thorough teaching
section of standing alignment, Fletcher Towelwork®, warm-up and the barrel itself. The teaching
section is followed by a challenging class with a variety of basic, intermediate and advanced movement
patterns with modifications. The movement patterns on the barrel were selected from over a decade of
work with Pilates Elder, Ron Fletcher. His work helped release my upper & midback reducing my low
back pain.
